Leather fringe flat boots

I was going to say that these would be a good buy for the coming winter (no, I don't want to think about it either), but actually, as the seasons start to blend into one in the UK, I've been seeing more and more girls wearing their boots during the summer months too: let's face it, it's not like it's always too warm for them, is it?

A good pair of flat boots are close to being a wardrobe essential, I'd say, and these ones look rather Kate-Moss-esque to me. The fringing isn't something that would normally appeal to me, but I actually quite like it on these, and think they'd look great over skinny jeans or leggings. They're £85 from Topshop.
