Not so very long ago, I would have shuddered at the very thought of a peep-toe bootie, but I think repeated exposure to the style (and let's face it, there's been a lot of them around) has numbed me to them to the point where I find myself actually admiring these ones by Manolo Blahnik.
The only thing I don't like about these is the zip, but you can put that down to my own personal prejudice against footwear containing zips. On someone else, I think they could add a nice, slightly punky edge to the shoe. They're $755.
