Ugly Shoe of the Week
I know it's not the season for boots, and I also know that when it is that season, there are lots of reasons why someone might need a sturdy, warm boot - maybe even a fur-lined one. What I don't know is why these boots have to be so to be so very ugly. Yes, I know they're probably very practical (although, for $20 I'd have to question how hard-wearing they might be), but as I never tire of pointing out, there are lots of practical, comfortable, warm shoes and boots out there that aren't ugly.
