Ugly Shoe of the Week

Try as I might, I just don't think I'll ever understand the appeal of shoes which come with a pair of socks stuck to them. I mean, even if I did like this look - which I don't - it would be so easy to recreate it by buying a pair of chunky socks, and doing that would also make the shoe so much more versatile, so why bother sticking the socks there in the first place?

Just to add insult to injury, these Stella McCartney boots cost $1,195, and would actually have been rather appealing without the sock attachment. Shame.
