Yes, it was America's newest darling, Chanel Iman, who donned the black fringed beauties this week. For an interesting touch, she teamed them with an electric blue strapless satin frock, and black corset belt. The boots were a risk with this outfit but I think she pulls it off. If you'd like to pull a 'Chanel' of your own with these boots, then they're $1,575 from Saks Fifth Avenue.
