Cute patent peep-toe shooties! Which actress wore these adorable bow-adorned shoes while all dressed up in her character's trademark prepster style on-set in New York?

It's Leighton Meester (in character as Blair Waldorf) who was filming scenes for the new series of Gossip Girl. The clashing prints, the neckscarf, the belt and the booties - so much going on but she pulls it off as only Blair could!
