Ankle button boots from River Islands
As far as I'm concerned, buttons on shoes and boots generally = "cute", and these ankle boots from River Island are no exception that rule. The buttons here are purely decorative - there's a zip on the inside to allow you to actually get your foot in and out of them - but they do a good job of adding that all-important "cute" factor.
