Which major British celeb chose these PVC heel-less platform boots by Antonio Berardi to wear to the launch of her new fragrance at Macy's in New York?

Wearing the 51/2 inch shoes, which double as a pair of leggings, Victoria had everyone talking. How does she manage to stay upright? Well, take it from the designer, Mr Berardi himself:
"They [the boots] are perfectly balanced," he said of his heel-less design, also worn by Uma Thurman and Gwyneth Paltrow. "When the girls come for fittings, they look a bit daunted, but by the end they say it's just like wearing a regular shoe. They are graceful and there is a ballerina nature about them. Having a heel is really just psychological."
