It doesn't take a genius to see that fringed/tassled boots are going to be... actually, make that, are already huge and will continue to be hot all through winter. Kylie wore her Gucci boots back in August and I got a case of lusting-after-fringed-boots-itis, but now that it's truly heading into autumn/winter, it's time to get serious about buying a pair.
While I normally need (and want) a boost in the height department, I'm willing to go into flats territory since these tassle boots are so freakin' sweet.
