In the spirit of true Anglomania, these Alexander McQueen Union Jack ankle boots (US$1,260) are pretty darn fantastic. Although I do find it interesting that they're available on the U.S. Net-a-porter site before anywhere else.
With all this talk of American politics right now, they would certainly serve as a distraction, and would make a perfect match with this Chanel Union Jack bag (£835), yes? Okay, maybe not, but a bit of national pride never did hurt anyone. God bless McQueen!
