The Shoe Diet - helping your feet stay healthy

Sometimes it's easy to feel like you just can't win with footwear. We all know about the damage high heel can do to our feet and posture, but flats aren't exactly good for us either, causing fallen arches and lower back problems. So what's a shoe-loving girl to do?
Well, MBT's Shoe Diet is designed to help you out here. This is basically an online "shoe diary" which helps you track the amount of time you spend in different types of shoes, and give you suggestions to improve the heath of your feet. The good thing about this is that, like Weight Watchers, no food shoe is forbidden - they're not telling you to stop wearing high heels altogether, just helping you balance out the time spent in heels with time spent in more suitable shoes.
Of course, as the site is run by MBT, the people who make the distinctive, curve-soled trainers designed to improve your posture and tone your legs, you can expect your results to include the suggestion that you buy a pair of their shoes, but this could still be useful in helping you work out just how much time you're spending in shoes that could be damaging your feet.
