Now that we're firmly in the clutches of the colder weather, I bet there are more than a few of you out there on the search for a new pair of boots. Well, these ones from River Island could be worth a look: they're black, which makes them very practical for winter, although I don't think the height of the platform could really be described as "practical" somehow! The flower details on the side soften up the look, though, and although the heel looks ever so slightly lethal, they'll be perfect for wearing with all those long, wide-leg trousers that around this season.
