Giuseppe Zanotti has unveiled his special edition navy satin platform sandal that he created for Selfridges, which are available now.

Of his beautiful creations, Zanotti recently said: "My shoes are like a platform, you step onto the heel and feel transformed. I want my shoes to be functional as well as sexy."
