Good golly, these heels look like ankle-breakers of the highest-order. One slip and *whoosh!* your ankles are outta there! Which actress, who has been gaining her fashion stripes lately, was brave/insane enough to pair these stilettos with an outfit from Marc Jacobs' recently-shown Spring '09 collection?

The brave young soul was none other than Devil Wears Prada star Anne Hathaway, who stepped (hobbled?) out to the Women in Hollywood event last night in Los Angeles.
