Which U.S. actress, who epitomises the word 'style', wore these magnificent Balenciaga metallic silver and black stilettos to a fashion event in New York?

You guessed it! Sarah Jessica Parker is right. The SATC star wore the heels, from Balenciaga's fall '08 collection, together with silver Chanel Resort '09 dress, soft pink bouclé jacket, and two-tone tights.
