Which young beauty stole the show on the red carpet at the world premiere of Quantum of Solace this week? Indeed I'd go as far to say that her Balmain diamanté and stud-encrusted heels were the highlight of her outfit.

Bond girl Gemma Arterton is the correct answer! The stunning British actress wowed in head-to-toe Balmain, including a floor-length purple gown, which was slashed in the front. Very risqué! Both shoes and dress were from Balmain's spring/summer 2009 collection - very hot off the runway.
