Since flinging open its doors, shoe lovers have been queuing up and on the phone, ready to get their mitts on the latest season's goodies. According to those in-the-know, some of the best-sellers to fly off the shelves include Camilla Skovgaard's gold gladiator sandals, and Gwen Stefani's L.A.M.B 'Camden' fringed bootie which are already on back-order due to popular demand.
