I wasn't sure about these 'Kelly' court shoes when I first looked at them, but they're gradually starting to grow on me, although I could still happily do without that ankle-strap. I think it's the ruched sides that put me off at first - we're used to seeing them on ballet flats, but they're a little more unusual on a heeled court shoe like this one. The jewelled toes and silver leather are much more familar, however, and make these a good choice for evening wear, although the black version could be slightly more versatile. They're £56 and available at Office.
