Marc Jacobs folded leather boots

I've always found grey to be a really versatile colour for winter boots, because there are so few colours it doesn't work with. And as far as grey coloured boots go, these ones by Marc Jacobs are right at the top of my list! At first glance they look very simple, but there are lots of little design elements that make these a cut above the rest, from the folded-down leg to the shape of the heel, to the fact that they manage to look comfortable and stylish. Net-a-Porter describe the look as "effortless", and I think I'd have to agree with that, although "expensive" might be a good word too, given that these are £655!
