We've talked about the current trend for lace several times now here at Shoewawa, but I hadn't actually imagined it being used on boots until I saw these Roberto Cavalli ankle boots . What interests me most about these is the nude coloured uppers, which will make you look like you're wearing, not a pair of boots, but a pair of shoes with lace tights under them. Or something like that, anyway! These are £695, so I'm probably not going to be putting that theory to the test any time soon, but if you're just dying for a pair of lace-covered boots, you can get these ones at Net-a-Porter.
