Sergio Rossi's embellished velvet sandals

I generally tend to think of floral patterns as being very much a "summer" thing rather than an autumn/winter one, but when the colours are deep red and blacks, the uppers are velvet and the flowers are crystals, I think you could just as easily get away with them at this time of year, too. Net-a-Porter says these Sergio Rossi sandals are destined to become "party favourites", and there's no doubt they make a nice change from the usual round of strappy evening sandals. The red straps and heels are very striking, and the overall look is super-cute. Which is a good job, given that they're £460....
