"If people like shoes with one bow on the front, surely they'll like ones with two on the front twice as much?" That seems to have been the thinking at Office HQ on these blue flats, and I'm not sure they were right, to be honest. There's just something about these shoes that doesn't quite work for me: I think the two bows are a little on the fussy side, although I do love the colour, and it's certainly nice to come across a ballet flat that has something different about it.
