Leighton Meester recruited as the new face of Reebok

Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester (a.k.a. Blair Waldorf) has joined the campaign for Reebok. I know. It's not quite what I expected either, but nonetheless Reebok have been known to embrace the pulling-power of a few it-girls, Agyness Deyn and Scarlett Johansson for example. Leighton was spotted shooting the campaign on the streets of New York earlier this week (pictured above) much to the dismay of GG lovers who argue that no one on the hit teen show even wears trainers.
