If you showed me a picture of these Xhilaration Stephanie bow pumps from Target, I wouldn't think that they were from Target at all. They are just the sweetest bow adorned pumps I have seen in quite a few months. These tan coloured pumps are made from faux leather with the cut out detail featuring white stitching. The subtle contrasts really help make these pumps so much more appealing. I also love that for $19.99 shoes, these some with a Thermoplastic Rubber Outsole and cushioned insole. Comfortable, affordable and fashionable all in one shoe - what more do you need?
