Christian Louboutin's bright yellow platform pumps
Now, I love Christian Louboutin. I love platforms. Hell, I even love yellow. Well, some shades of it, anyway. What I'm asking myself now, then, is why on earth the combination of those three things is so totally failing to inspire me? I think it's the neon shade of this particular yellow: it's much too "80s acid house" for me, and I think it ruins what would otherwise be a lovely shoe. Colour is such a subjective thing though, that you might just love them, and if you do, you can buy them at Saks, where they're $735.
