At first glance, I thought the strap on these Giuseppe Zanotti sandals were covered in tiny crystals, and I'm not sure whether to be dissapointed or relieved that they're not. In fact, it's snake embossed leather, which combines with the red and black on these to create a very striking shoe. I think I'd have preferred something other than snake-print, which isn't a personal favourite of mine, but given that these are out of my price range anyway, at $649, I don't think I can complain!
