Irregular Choice's split-toe Tippy Toe shoes

I don't know why, but for some reason, the thought of having something between my toes freaks me out a little. Weirdly, that doesn't seem to apply to flip-flops, but the thought of wearing these Tippy Toe shoes by Irregular Choice, which split the toes in two, well, it just doesn't bear thinking about.

With that said, I somehow don't think I'd really want to wear these even if they had a more "normal" toe, because I have visions of that sticky-up fan detail brushing against my ankles with every step and driving me mad.
