Are cutout sections really worthwhile on a boot or do they defeat the purpose? That is the question I am pondering more these days with the latest boot/heel styles.
Take for instance these wrap zip heel boots from Jeffrey Campbell. To look at they are pretty spectacular, but perhaps not from a practical point-of-view. That is unless you are wanting an extra bit of air conditioning in your shoes. Order them for $178 at Urban Outfitters.
