Ruffled leather platforms from Forever 21

Ruffles have been appearing all over shoes (and dresses, and coats, and skirts, and... you get the picture) for months now, and they're something that can either look very, very good, or very, very bad. I think these Forever 21 platforms fall into the "good" camp, personally, and I like the mix of brown and yellow on the ruffles, although they're also rather nice in plain black.
