Barratts and Priceless go into administration

Sad news for British shoe buyers today as it emerged that Barratts and Priceless, both part of the Stylo group, have gone into administration.

A repayment proposal will be put before creditors, who will vote whether or not to accept it. Meanwhile, the company's stores are continuing to trade as normal, although both the Barratts and the Priceless websites were down at the time of writing.

Let's just hope a solution can be find to keep two of Shoewawa's favourite shoe stores going.
