It's not too late to get in on the ankle boot trend - as Helen says, they look great over leggings and the two together make an easy-to-wear outfit that's very "of the moment". There's not too much of winter left to wear them though (or I hope not anyway), so this bargain option from Forever 21 could be a good buy. They come in red and black and I like the fold-over collar detail, which, along with the high heel, creates a nice, striking silhouette. These are just $24.80.
