At first glance these shoes are pretty and I want to see more... but as I stare at them for a second longer, I start envisaging them on a older lady in a beige trouser suit sitting in the front pew of a wedding. A sleek ballet flat by Emporio Armani, it's trimmed in black sequins over beige tulle and adorned with a black bow and finished off with a black toe cap and ankle strap. A pretty shoe, it's the colour combination that ages the shoe a little.
