Gucci are really loving platforms right now - we showed you one example of their new season soles last week, and now here's another, in the shape of these 'Palamas' platforms, which are $635 at Saks. This time the brand has gone for a thick wooden sole topped with a shiny gold upper. To me, the sole says "day" and the uppers say "night", but somehow the combination seems to work. The heel is 5.5", so you're going to be glad of that platform when you try to walk in these, too!
