Clarks has been voted the U.K.'s eighth favourite retailer in a poll of more than 6,000 consumers. The footwear retailer moves up from 21st place in 2008.
Shoppers were asked to rate stores in terms of range, price, convenience, quality, service, ambience, facilities and layout. John Lewis topped the poll for the second year in a row.
