Dolce and Gabbana split sequinned sandals

dgsplitshoe copy.jpg If shoes could talk, I'd want them to answer the many questions spinning in my head after looking at this pair of Dolce and Gabbana heels. Maybe I am somewhat unadventurous with my shoe choices, but the missing part of the sole seems rather bizarre. And why does the missing part turn up on the bottom of the shoe joining it up? Is this some sort of crazy reverse shoe? My mind might be blowing here, however I'm having a hard time picturing just where you would wear these shoes to...
