Pink isn't generally my favourite colour for footwear, but I was drawn to these ASOS shoe boots by the shape, and, having been thus drawn, finding myself not hating the baby pink quilted uppers quite as much as I'd have thought. I can see these with black tights (or even leggings, as shown on the ASOS site) and a nice dress, with the boots providing a girlie, but still fairly elegant touch. If you think you could make them work, be prepared to spend £74 to get them.
