For some reason, the side straps on these shoes remind me of Nicholas Kirkwood, although clearly the shiny platform isn't particularly Kirkwood-esque! At first glance I thought they were cream, but according to the description on the River Island website, they're actually pink, although a pink so pale I reckon all but the most dedicated of pink-haters should be able to live with it. As for me, I'd live with these much more comfortably if the platform wasn't quite so mirror-like, but I do like everything else about them. If you do too, they're £63.60 from River Island.
