Shoes with hearts on them can sometimes run the risk of looking nauseatingly twee, but I think Marc Jacobs has managed to dodge that particular bullet with these multi-heart sandals. In baby pink, these would've been a totally different shoe, but I think the black/metallic mix keeps them the right side of elegant, although the heart design is an undeniably cute touch, too! These have an ankle strap and high heel and are 598 euros from Luisa Viaroma.
