A lot of people seem to struggle with slingback shoes - not because they don't like the way they look, but because they tend to create all kinds of "digging into the back of the heels" and "stepping right out of them" problems. I'm wondering if these green ones by Cesare Paciotti might be a little more comfortable than most, though: not only is the slingback itself fairly thick, there's also a small curve to the heel, to make you feel a little safer in them.
