Carvela's strappy 'Aroma' platforms
With blue and purple uppers, a gigantic platform sole and multiple ankle straps, these Carvela platforms are definitely in fashion at the moment. Are they the kind of thing you'd wear, though? I have to admit, although the shops are full of huge platforms at the moment, I haven't actually seen many people wearing them, so maybe this is one of those trends that looks good on celebrities and in magazines, etc, but doesn't translate too well to real life.
