These are the kind of shoes that sound like they just shouldn't work: they're a wedge t-bar heel (so far, so good), with a ruffled satin heel, which is a little bit puffy, making the shoes look almost like they're wearing a a little jacket.
Does it work? I think it probably does, but I also think I'd need to see these in real life to be able to tell for sure. If you want to do just that, they're £345 and available from Net-a-Porter.
