I'm still a-huntin' for the perfect hot weather festival shoe - I want it to be comfortable, go with all my outfits (no matter how fashion schizophrenic I end up being), be airy enough to keep my feet cool and look trendy all at the same time.

I think these Steve Madden Hippster sandals could very well fulfill all of the above criteria, with the chestnut brown suede being an extremely versatile colour and material (not to mention, be less likely to rub on your hot feet and give you blisters). Plus I love how the fringing detail gives them that little summer 2009 feeling (with fringing being big news and all). They're £70 from Shudoo.
