YAY OR NAY: Castañer wickerwork wedges

They're a beautiful pair of wedges, there's no denying that. But look closely at those soles and what do you see? I see old wicker chairs, and a 'home furnishing' quality that I'm not sure I'd want in my living room - let alone on my feet. But what do you think: do these shoes say styish summer shoe or '70s Habitat to you?
