YAY OR NAY: Diego Dolcini cork upper sandals

Cork has crept up and up from its traditional position on the sole of the shoe, but is it now getting ideas above its station? This sandal by Diego Dolcini has a cork upper with a wooden heel, and I personally think the style works well - but not all shoe fans agree. What do you think?
