Betty Jackson studded ankle boot is pure rock glamour

Most of us live in ankle boots for roughly half of each year, so it's worth taking time to find a style that stands out from the perennial crop of black mid-heels that always seem to turn into a formless mush come January.

The first 'bootie' style I've seen that's really turned my head is this one by Betty Jackson. it's a departure from the designer's usual quirks; no cut out bits, patent gloss or wild colour here but what it does have is curves to die for, next season's must-have rock chick studs and the sort of fabulous heel that suddenly becomes less of a challenge when it's build in to an an ankle boot.
