I've become a little obsessed with Louis Vuitton's leather and velvet ribbon thigh-length boots this last week. The £2,240 showstoppers are unmistakable with their 'pinched' cone heels; a style that seems to have come from nowhere, and luxuriant ribbon ties.

It's Madonna! Never afraid to try out a new look, Madge has gone in for the superhero-style footwear here and also the rabbit-eared look as seen on the catwalk. I'm not sure the two styles go so well together, but good on her for trying!
