Topshop 'Spike' studded platform sandals

Remember how I goaded Topshop earlier on for being wussy with their studs? Well they've ramped up the punk factor quite considerably with this sandal (called 'Spike' for obvious reasons) which is a much more wholehearted attempt at harnessing the season's key trend.

The studs are gold, which could make them a little harder to accessorise depending on how much you've already invested in this look. But I like the arrangement, and the little zip-up front adds a bit of rock 'n' roll kookiness too.
