With grunge threatening to make a messy comeback at any moment, there's so much DM-driven creativity going on at the moment it's hard to keep up. But here's a style I spotted over at US site Karmaloop that's particularly caught the mood: it's got the random-sized eyelet look made popular by Stella McCartney et. al. and I think it works really well.
