It's taken me a while to warm to these boots, but having had a good look at them and got excited about zip 'embellishments' elsehwhere, I think I'm starting to like their style. The rugged edging with just a hint of bling and a lot of functionality provided by the zip is very A/W 09/10 so you'll have no trouble matching these to your outfits. It's just a case of getting used to seeing a 'frill' on the site of a shoe instead of the front - but I think it makes a welcome change from a style that's getting a little tired.
The platform is a nice height, and I love how it balances out the heel, which is just on the good side of skinny. Now, if only they did them in black, I think I'd be smitten.
