Showstopping hosiery by Wolford for s/s 2010

Wolford is the original luxury tights company and is showing a real commitment to emerging trends and style with an exciting new collection for spring/summer 2010. Launched to the press last week, the new range features some daring variations on the trompe l'oeil styles that have dominated this season, while 80s-inspired black lace remains a key trend.

They're gorgeous. But I just can't bring myself to spend that much money on something I'm only going to ladder within 10 minutes!

I so know what you mean. I've only ever owned one pair of Wolford tights, and while they were undoubtedly my best pair ever, they laddered (almost - though in fairness not quite) as quickly as any other. I must have sharp skin or something...
